The Caribbean's Newest Adults Only Guest House

Please be advised that The Caribbean Crib is located in Cabarete and you have a choice of two airports to choose from when traveling here. Puerto Plata (POP) is the closest and is a quick twenty minute ride to The Crib. Santiago (STI) is a two hour trip through the scenic Dominican Republic offering breathtaking views of the countryside, it is much further from The Crib but airfare to STI may be much less expensive depending upon when and where you are traveling from.

Basic Rental Rates- Housekeeping Included

Our rates vary: Each room sleeps 2 people with a private attached bath, we have 2 rooms with King size beds, 4 rooms with queen size beds and one room has an attached room with 2 twin beds for kids.

The entire house rents for $450 per night, you can also rent just the upper level of the house which has 3 bedrooms for $200 per night (discounted). These are Low season rates. This is from June 15 to October 1st.

High Season rate is the entire house on a nightly basis is $600-$650.00 per night depending on how many people, upper level only for $300- $350 per night. These rates are from October 1st to June 14th.

Summer rate for July, August and September, save big and rent the entire house for a month for $6000 per month. Rent half the house 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom for $3000 a month. This is an excellent price for right on the beach in cabarete!!
 

All Reservations require a deposit. Which can be paid via paypal, direct depsoit into our business account at Bank of America.

Deposit & Refund Policy

Deposit & Refund Policy:

  Deposit are non-refundable. Deposit can be applied to a future vacation if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required on vacation home rentals. In some cases a great amount will be required, for example: if you are renting a property for a long period, you may have to pay a deposit of $1000.

The balance of your bill can either be charged to your credit card, sent by bank wire, or personal check mailed in to our office, or by direct deposit to our business account at any Bank of America location, we also accept paypal. The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival.  In some cases, you can make arrangements with us to pay a portion of your balance at our resort once you arrive.

To be eligible for a refund, of any kind, a cancellation request MUST be made prior to 30 days before arrival date.

If you have canceled 30 days or more in advance, you will receive back 100% of the total amount (except you will not receive the deposit back, deposit are non refundable, they can only be applied to a future vacation date.).  If your cancellation is only 29 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded, it can be applied to a future vacation, good for one year after the original canceled date, the balance will also not be refunded and 75% can be applied to a future vacation date. If you cancel only 14 days or less before your vacation, you will loose the full amount of the vacation. However if the circumstance are unavoidable and can be proven, ie car accident resport, etc,  then we will apply 50% to a future vacation date.
